POLICIES 

SHIPPING*

All orders both U.S. and international are shipped via USPS. You will receive a confirmation email once shipped, with a tracking number if available through the Postal Service. Orders are shipped usually within 2-3 business days. US orders normally arrive 2-3 days after shipped. International orders may take up to 2 weeks due to customs.

RETURNS

Have an issue with your order? Email us at holla@calmcoolcreative.com and we would be happy to help! Apparel returns or exchanges must be made within 24 days of shipment.

LOST ORDER OR DAMAGED

Once we ship an order it is out of our control. If you think your order might be lost please contact your local post office.

All orders are packaged with care, but sometimes they can get roughed up pretty bad in transit. If your package is damaged from shipping, you can file a claim with USPS here.
